Online Research Study for Breast Cancer Survivors

 We are seeking women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer within the past 18 months for a research study. This study is to test an online workbook that teaches skills for coping with breast cancer.
The online workbook teaches stress management skills and includes:
- Instruction on how to use your thoughts to improve your mood.
- Methods to evaluate and improve your coping strategies.
- A discussion board where women can support each other and share resources for coping with breast cancer.
- Relaxation exercises to practice, download, and keep for future use.
- Weekly journaling opportunities.
You can earn up to $150 by testing the workbook, filling out questionnaires, completing a weekly online check-in, and participating in five 15-minute phone calls. Participation will be over a 20-week period. The workbook includes 10 chapters so you can view one chapter per week for 10 weeks. Each chapter takes less than 2 hours to complete and can be completed in multiple sessions. This is an online study, which means you can participate anywhere and on your own time. You will have a login and password, which will allow you to log in and log out as much as you like.
