Breast Cancer Survey for occupational therapy graduate students

Please click on the link below if you would like to complete the survey regarding how your life roles and daily activities changed when you were diagnosed with breast cancer. This survey was developed by a group of 3 graduate students in the occupational therapy program at Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA. Each of the students has an immediate family member who was affected by breast cancer, and the group's faculty advisor is also a survivor. Please help to advance the knowledge of future healthcare professionals by completing this survey. The results of the study will be posted in the announcements section of this website in May.
